KeyNova — Hotel Management Platform
KeyNova is an all-in-one hotel management platform. Hotels use it to run
reservations and the booking engine, front desk check-in and check-out,
housekeeping, point of sale, banquets and spa, guest profiles and loyalty,
and billing with GST tax invoicing — for a single property or a chain.
KeyNova is operated by KeyNova Tech Private Limited.
Email we send
We send transactional email only — booking confirmations and
changes, check-in and check-out notices, payment receipts and GST tax invoices,
one-time passcodes, password resets, and account notices to hotel staff. Each
message is generated by a specific action the recipient took. We send no
marketing or bulk mail, and we never purchase, rent or scrape address lists.
Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe header, and a hard bounce or a
complaint opts that address out across the whole platform.
